Biography
Dr. Robert Rowen graduated from Johns Hopkins University (1971), followed by medical school at the University of California at San Francisco (1975). He has been board certified and recertified by the American Boards of Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. He also served on the Alaska State Medical Board.
Dr. Rowen is known as “The Father of Medical Freedom” for pioneering the United States of America’s first law protecting alternative medicine. He has been using Ozone Therapy since 1986 and is currently the chairman of the oxidation workshop of the American College for Advancement in Medicine.
