Biography

Raul H. Morales-Borges completed his bachelor’s degree in general sciences with a major in premedical sciences and minor in biology & sociology at the University of Puerto Rico on 1985 and his Medical Doctor degree in San Juan Bautista School of Medicine on 1990.  He moved then to Michigan, USA where he performed his residence in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in 1993 and Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Providence Hospital & University of Michigan Medical Center in 1995.  He got certifications in cGMP, Clinical Research, Theology, and Biblical Hebrew. He obtained a Diploma in Business Management from International Business Management Institute on July 2018.  He was the Medical Director of the American Red Cross in San Juan, P.R. from 2010 to 2016.  He served as Director of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, Director of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program, and Immunohematology Reference Laboratory at the ARC in PR.  He is the Chief Medical Officer of Ashford Institute of Hematology & Oncology since 1995, faculty member of Medicine Department of the Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital. He is the President/Principal Investigator of New Alliance Integrative Research, LLC and the President & Medical Director of Integrative Optimal Health of Puerto Rico, PSC and MB & R’s Enterprise, PSC. He serves as clinical instructor for students of the Naturopathic Medicine Doctor Program of “Universidad del Turabo” since 2015.
