Dr. Anderson discusses the increasing population of ‘hypersensitized’ and difficult to manage patients suffering from a triad of disorders (mast cell activation syndrome – hypermobility – postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), the associated comorbid conditions (infectious, toxicant, and neurological), and ways to assess these patients. This presentation focuses on the example of mast cell activation syndrome as a lead-in to the AAMP-ISOM 2024 Fall Conference.
