About the webinar

Presenter: Lindsay Adrian, ND

The role of choline in the body extends beyond its well-known functions in cell membrane integrity and nerve physiology. Its metabolite, phosphatidylcholine, is also crucial, particularly in memory and cognition. However, choline’s impact goes further, influencing methylation, detoxification, metabolism, and cellular health — processes that are compromised when choline is deficient.

This webinar will explore how genetic factors regulate choline and phosphatidylcholine formation, clarifying conditions that lead to insufficiency and identifying situations that contribute to choline depletion. Repletion strategies to support patients in maintaining optimal choline levels will also be discussed.
