Development of new recombinant biotechnology products has greatly expanded in the field of modern pharmacy and medicine. As proteins have a variety of physiological roles in organism, biopharmaceutical drugs that contain biomolecules such as peptides or even complex monoclonal antibodies as active pharmaceutical ingredients, are very selective and effective in treating various diseases. This presentation focuses on the variety of peptides that are available on market, and their use in different medical conditions.
